Wayfarers Chapel Wedding

Wayfarers Chapel wedding. I shot this at 9pm in the evening. The exposure was almost 2 seconds. I had the couple freeze during the exposure, and used a low power strobe to help make them pop. To the naked eye it was pitch black, I couldn’t see very much at all. I had to use a flashlight to focus before taking the shot. I had no idea that the clouds and stars were there before I took the shot. I was pleasantly surprised with the resulting image. Very minor adjustments were made in Photoshop.

Benedict Castle Wedding

The Benedict Castle is one of those venues that is easy to take great photos at. The couple that evening was gorgeous, and fun to shoot with. This particular shot was taken near the end of the reception. I simply asked the couple to step outside and look at each other. Then, I just put one strobe behind the couple, and you see the result. I love this shot.
