Coronado Shores

This was a shot from a recent wedding in Coronado, Ca. The bride wanted sunset silhouette shots, so of course I did what I was told. After we took the silhouette shots, I opted to turn on my strobe, and you see the result here. This was done with high speed sync with my favorite light.

The Thursday Club San Diego Wedding

The Thursday Club in San Diego is a nice venue for wedding photography. It offers great sunset shooting, as well as a reception space with white ceilings for easy bounce flash. This particular shot was done with one strobe on a small light stand right in front of the bride. The strobe was triggered remotely and in manual mode.

Benedict Castle Wedding

The Benedict Castle is one of those venues that is easy to take great photos at. The couple that evening was gorgeous, and fun to shoot with. This particular shot was taken near the end of the reception. I simply asked the couple to step outside and look at each other. Then, I just put one strobe behind the couple, and you see the result. I love this shot.

Temecula Creek Inn Wedding

The Temecula Creek Inn is one of my favorite wedding venues. It has rolling green hills, and picturesque trees. This particular shot was done with off camera lighting so the ambient light was controlled and subdued. It is one of my favorite in my wedding portfolio.

Red Wedding Shoes

It is not often that I see red wedding shoes. When I walked into the room, I immediately noticed the shoes, and began shooting close-ups.
