Storm Clouds

Rain was forecast all day on the day of their wedding. As it turned out, it didn’t rain at all. As a result, gorgeous storm clouds were all over the sky making for a very dramatic scene. I converted the image to HDR before conversion to black&white. This was done mainly to capture the range of light to dark in the scene.

Under the Stars in San Diego

I took this last week in Point Loma at a wedding. I shot this in almost complete darkness. I had to use a flashlight on the bride and groom just to get the camera to grab focus. The bride and groom couldn’t really see each other either. I had two lights, one as a rim light, and one to light the scene. I only had a few minutes to set this up end execute the shot. I like the result 😉
